ANSI compatible Terminal Emulator required for character mode under Unix/Linux.

Linux & Unix: Performance & Integration

Stream 2 Character Mode runs on a wide variety of Unix, Linux and other operating systems. Stream 2 provides most of the functionality available in Stream V for the Windows operating systems, but at a lower cost to maintain the platform.
