With Cove we were able to grow from about 74M to 330M in sales

With Cove we were able to grow from about 74M to 330M in sales

I used Cove from 1997 to 2006 at International Computer Graphics, a wholesaler of computer peripheral equipment. The software was scalable and flexible enought to handle the changes in vendor marketing programs, track inventory, handle edi transaction (with Dell, CDW, and Amazon, to name a few), provide real-time inventory levels for sales people, in short very flexible. With Cove we were able to grow from about 74M to 330M in sales. We sold the company in 2006.

The aquiring company implemented it to replace a AS400 system that used batch processing.

The system was fully integrated, AR, AP, Inventory, GL, CRM, rebate tracking, serial number tracking and edi.

If I return as the CFO or CIO to an industry that handles inventory sales I would lean very heavily to implementing Cove once again.

ROI on Cove compared to a larger ERP such as JD Edwards, Oracle or SAP is significantly faster

ROI on Cove compared to a larger ERP such as JD Edwards, Oracle or SAP is significantly faster

I have also worked with Cove Stream II (Character mode) and Stream V (Windows GUI) for several years. It is an economical, cost effective solution to larger ERP systems. The ROI on Cove compared to a larger ERP such as JD Edwards, Oracle or SAP is significantly faster. Additionally, it is customizable to fit specific needs as COVE will modify the install or even the package itself if the changes are warranted.

Because it is a robust, perpetual accounting system with all distribution and light manufacturing modules (SO, IC, AR, AP, GL, EDI) and has web services tied in for on-line sales and customer service it would be difficult to find all these features in a software package that is not expensive and difficult to install.

Cove has been very responsive to support issue

Cove has been very responsive to support issue

I have used and deployed ERP applications from Cove Systems for over 15 years. CMS currently uses an earlier version of Stream ERP and are in the planning stage of deploying Stream V. We expect to be live with Stream V in 6-8 weeks.

CMS is a technology manufacturing company and has used Stream ERP for over 12 years. We are very satisfied with the integrated modules and overall performance of the business processes. I have used Stream ERP at companies ranging from $6 mil to $500 mil in annual revenue.

As a company, Cove Systems is open to extend the application as needed. Cove has been very responsive to support issues.

We selected the Stream V product... It has been running for several years with great success

I worked with one of my clients to select a package for intensive distribution and some manufacturing and we selected the Stream V product. It has been running for several years with great success. Stream V is not a static product - new features and concepts keep arriving. The accounting procedures in the system are complete and done the way your CPA would want them done.

I don't recall any problem for which a workable solution was not found

As others have indicated, Cove Systems offers a robust product that competes with the likes of SAP. They have a set of tools to help determine if your computer systems are up to the task of handling the number of users required.

I've seen this tool in action on some very high end systems from IBM and other manufacturers that showed support for 1,200 concurrent users. That was on machines 15 years ago! In all the time I've worked with them, I don't recall any problem for which a workable solution was not found.

I worked for International Computer Graphics, Inc. (ICG) for over 10 years. ICG used a MAS90 ERP. In 1997, we replaced MAS90 with Stream II (the character version of the program)
